Hardware Installation and Test/Acceptance
Physical hardware installation and testing by our professional and experienced engineering team, deploying servers and networking equipment, and configuring power systems. Comprehensive testing follows including performance, environmental, and security assessments. Detailed documentation supports the acceptance phase, culminating in a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure satisfaction and obtain formal sign-off.
Technical Support Service
Technical Support Service support for data center activities and remote designated customer location, offering clients specialized skills without the need for in-house staff. Ensures cost savings and scalability allow engineers to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance from afar, enhancing efficiency and minimizing downtime while ensuring optimal performance of data center operations.
Datalands provides two levels of support services
Level 1: Provides 8x5 scheduled onsite support, visual check of hardware and logistic control for transferring customer hardware to the assigned destination.
Level 2: Provides 24x7 with 4 hours SLA dispatch to customer assigned destination include physical rack and stack, trouble shooting, maintenance, and RMA process.
